At the right, you will find our 2013 American Hockey Coaches Association Convention downloadable brochure and various registration forms. We will again hold our convention at the Naples Beach Hotel and Susan Savino will be our Exhibitor Liaisons working closely with Paul Catalogna of DMG. We will use the same size exhibitor areas as we used last year, each spot being 10' x 4'. We have again rearranged the isles, in an attempt to have better flow, although we will have even fewer booths available. If you are going to need more than the 10' x 4' space please order a second both, as we are going to be very strict on the space allotment.
Every year we are forced to turn away a number of companies so please follow the instructions carefully and register early. We will definitely limit the booth space in order to give everyone as much room as possible.
PLEASE REGISTER EARLY TO AVOID BEING CLOSED OUT.
ONLY PAID APPLICATIONS WILL BE ACCEPTED.
Below is a short list of helpful points to make registering easier. The DMG Inc Order Form should be mailed directly to Paul Catalogna at DMG Inc.
Please note that you need to send in your AHCA registration form with payment to the AHCA. Only a paid AHCA form reserves your space for the convention.
The DMG form should be sent directly to DMG.

All AHCA forms should be returned to Bruce Delventhal, 4901 South Catherine St., Apt.205, Plattsburgh, NY 12901.
Only paid registration forms will be accepted. All exhibit space is on a first come first serve basis.
Once we have received your forms along with payment, we will send you a confirmation letter and another form to fill out so we can have name tags made up for the people who will be attending from your company.
