Membership Forms

Please choose the category that represents your coaching level:

Active Membership (Collegiate) - For all Division I, II, and III men's and women's ice hockey coaches.

Active Membership (Professional) - This category defines professional coach as anyone currently employed, full or part-time, as a hockey coach. This could include NHL, minor pro, club, junior or international coach.

Allied Membership - This category includes: sales representatives and exhibitors, equipment managers, athletic directors, administrators, sports information, on-ice officials, trainers, rink managers, and members of the press.

Youth, Amateur, High School Membership - This category is meant for non-paying, volunteer coaches and high school coaches only.
