LAKE PLACID, NY— Seventeen different schools — including three participating this weekend in the NCAA Men's Division III
"Frozen Four" at Lake Placid, NY — can boast 2010 RBK HOCKEY DIVISION III MEN’S ALL-AMERICAN selections in the
starry squads announced today. Gustavus Adolphus and NCAA semifinalist Norwich, with three selections each, led the way. Two players
each were chosen from Adrian, Manhattanville and St. Norbert. Six of the selected players will see action this weekend at the NCAA's
(in boldface below.)
While there were no repeat selections in the East, there were three First Team West repeat selections (including both defensemen) and
one Second Team repeat honoree. Eight of the 24 players were from Canada and of the 16 U.S. honorees, six hailed from Minnesota.
The RBK HOCKEY ALL-AMERICAN TEAMS are sponsored by RBK HOCKEY, an international leader in hockey equipment, and
chosen by members of the AMERICAN HOCKEY COACHES ASSOCIATION.
