SALISBURY, Mass. - Old Time Hockey, a leader in the design, manufacture and sale of hockey-themed apparel, has been named the sponsor of the 2010-11 Division I Men's All-American Team as chosen by the American Hockey Coaches Association (AHCA), it was announced today.
"We are thrilled to make this announcement and add to our already existing relationship with Old Time Hockey," said Joe Bertagna, Executive Director of the AHCA. "I can't imagine a better fit than the 'Old Time Hockey All-Americans.'"
The AHCA sponsors All-American teams in each of the NCAA ice hockey divisions for men and women. All teams, which are chosen by the head coaches, are announced at the respective championship weekends.

Added Magnuson, a former All-American at Merrimack College, "We are pleased to support college hockey and the AHCA through this initiative."
The 2010-2011 Division I Men's Old Time Hockey All-Americans will be announced via a special video to be played durig "Friday Night at the Frozen Four" on April 8 at the Excel Energy Center in St. Paul, Minn. The Old Time Hockey All-Americans will be announced just prior to the awards ceremony for the 2011 Hockey Humanitarian Award and the Hobey Baker Memorial Award.
Also on the Friday schedule will be the announcement of the Derek Hines Unsung Hero Award and the National Rookie of the Year, both sponsored by the Hockey Commissioner's Association. |
