NCAA DIVISION III SEMIFINALISTS DOMINATE TITAN COLLEGE DIVISION ALL-AMERICA TEAMS
Eight Players Recognized From Middlebury, Norwich, RIT, and WI-Superior
The best players make the best teams. That is clear from the list of 1998-99 TITAN/AHCA COLLEGE DIVISION ALL-AMERICANS officially announced today. The four schools that advanced to the NCAA Division III semifinals placed eight players on the squads chosen by the American Hockey Coaches Association.
Steve Aronson of St. Thomas and Rob Smillie of St. Norbert are the only First Team repeaters from the 1997-98 honorees. Colby defenseman Rob Koh earned First Team east recognition after two years on the East Second Team. The East All-Americans are the younger squad, with just one senior on the First Team and two on the Second Team. The West honorees include five First Team seniors and two Second Team seniors.
St. Norbert College led the way with four selections, followed by Norwich University with three.
